Terms of Service

1 -Introduction

This agreement is entered into between ETAPA RACIONAL – Sistemas de Informação, Unipessoal Lda. (hereinafter referred to as ETAPA RACIONAL) and you (the customer) as the user of the app AGRINEXO SCF (the application), either individually, or on behalf of your employer or any other entity which you represent. ETAPA RACIONAL reserves the right to change the technical and commercial conditions for the provision of services, provided that it is announced in agrinexo.com website, at least 90 days in advance.

In the event of termination of this agreement, the limitations of ETAPA RACIONAL's liability remain in force. To settle any dispute arising from this contract, the parties stipulate the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, Portugal, with express waiver of any other.

2 - Limitation of Liability

ETAPA RACIONAL does not guarantee that the operation of the application will be uninterrupted or faultless. The application must operate under adequate security and monitoring conditions that ensure data integrity and the interaction of different components and other applications.

The application is provided “as is” and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall ETAPA RACIONAL be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
